In harmony with nature - a journey through Juni.Bluama.Zeit
At the beginning ...
The first day of Juni.Bluama.Zeit small group of participants join together to go on a special journey - a journey that leads them not only through nature, but also to themselves.
The journey begins with a mindfulness walk in the “Pfundser Tschey”, a quiet, remote high valley, far away from the hustle and bustle. The participants, most of them from the city, initially feel a little uncomfortable in the vast natural surroundings. But with every step they take, they begin to integrate the sound of the wind in the trees and the rustling of the leaves into their own breathing rhythm. They learn to consciously pay attention to their steps, to hear the sound of their feet on the ground and to notice the many bright colors of the flowers and trees that are in full bloom in June. This is the place where they practise their yoga session. They sit on the mats and find deep peace in the stretching movements. Yoga in the open air, accompanied by the gentle sounds of nature, helps them to relax and realize that body and mind can find serenity in harmony with nature.
The next day ...
... the group stops at a small stream that rushes along right next to the hiking trail up to Smaragdsee in Radurschltal. A light breeze is blowing and the participants close their eyes to concentrate on their breathing. High up in the Radurschltal valley, right on the shore of the crystal-clear Smaragdsee lake, the participants take a seat to immerse themselves in a guided meditation. In this moment, they feel connected - with themselves, with others and with the earth beneath them.
After this experience, the participants devote themselves to another activity: stone-cutting. Everyone chooses a stone that has something special for them. Thoughts begin to flow with each polishing. In a beautiful place by the river, thoughts are set free and a personal “diamond” is created in the process.
In the early hours of the following day ...
... at dawn and accompanied by the twittering of birds, the participants set off on a sunrise hike up the Rauhe Kopf. They cross the quiet forest under a starry sky. As they reach the summit, a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains opens up before them. The sunrise paints the sky in vibrant colors, and for a moment, time seems to stand still. The first rays of sunshine of the day, a new beginning, an introduction to the coming summer. Afterwards, the feeling of community grows ever closer over a cozy alpine breakfast. Conversations follow conversations. Laughter follows laughter.
The program concludes with a special summer solstice incense ceremony. Herbs and resins burn in the silence, and everyone feels the power of community and nature.
On the way home, the participants carry more than just memories with them. They have discovered themselves, shed burdens and gained new perspectives. Their journey leads them not only to a deeper mindfulness, but also to a true sense of connection - both with themselves and with the nature around them.
And so Juni.Bluama.Zeit ends - not as a conclusion, but as a beginning to oneself, to nature and to what really matters.
