Freestanding, quiet 3-room apartment - with bedroom, rustical “Zirbenstube” (also as a bedroom), kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and large terrace - and close to Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis.

The apartment "Beim Frans" is located directly on the famous cycle path Via Claudia Augusta in Tösens - one of the smallest places in the Tyrolean Oberland - between Landeck and Nauders am Reschenpass and in the three-country region of Tyrol - Switzerland - Italy. In the middle of nature and directly on the Inn, relaxation and recreation will be offered away from the touristic paths. Framed by the beautiful mountain scenery, you will enjoy a relaxing holiday in a real Tyrolean ambience.

Our apartment is located in the center of the largest and snowiest ski resorts in the Eastern Alps. The ski region of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis you will reach in 15 minutes by car. The ski regions Samnaun-Ischgl, Nauders am Reschenpass, Fendels, Venet and the Kauntertal Glacier are reachable within 30 minutes and giving you the opportunity to try a different slope every day. It sounds very tempting, right? Also, a free ski bus transfer to the various ski regions is only a few steps away from the accommodation. The diverse region also offers great opportunities for non-skiers: toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, snowshoe trails, a ice skating rink, sleigh rides and much more.

Even in summer you are just in the middle of it: the three country region Tyrol–Switzerland–Italy offers a wealth of alpine passes and panoramic routes as well as numerous other great destinations for motorcycle and car tours. The region is also a real treat for the most active of vacationers, offering numerous activities right in the surrounding mountains: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, climbing, swimming, archery and much more.
