Via Claudia Augusta

700 km | Donauwörth (DE) - Venedig (IT)

Are you planning a cycle tour lasting several days? Then you and your bike are in exactly the right place in the Tyrolean Oberland! Because the famous long-distance cycling route, Via Claudia Augusta, which takes ambitious cyclists from the German town of Donauwörth to Venice, passes right through your holiday region in Tyrol. Enjoy the unforgettable sensations along the historic Roman road and watch the miles pass you by as you cycle towards the sea!

Inn Cycle Path

520 km | Engadin (CH) - Passau (DE)

520 kilometres and three countries - the famous Inn Cycle Path scores particularly highly in terms of diversity. This popular long-distance cycle route runs through the centre of the eponymous upper Inn Valley, from the proud two and three thousand metre peaks in Engadin and Tyrol to the gentle hills of Bavaria and Upper Austria. Also along the way: famous towns, cultural monuments worth seeing and the culinary delights of three countries.

The route largely covers cycling routes and side roads, as well as a few quiet main roads. Some longer stretches involve travelling on gravel, which is why touring, trekking or mountain bikes are recommended.

Etschtal cycling route

270 km | Landeck (AT) - Verona (IT)

This cycle tour heads along the River Etsch over the Reschen Pass and past the historical Lake Reschen with the old steeple in the lake. You then head on through the Vinschgau via Burgeis, Glurns, Churburg and Schlanders, and through bumpy fruit fields past a dreamy mountain backdrop to cities such as Merano, Bolzano, Trento and Rovereto, with plenty of culture and living history. A detour to Lake Kaltern and Lake Garda is a true highlight.
