Family adventure walk through the Gallruth Tunnel

On this adventure hike, our guide will bring the history and beauty of this mountain tunnel to life in a fascinating way. The tunnel was once used to channel water to the slopes of the Kaunerberg. It is still in use today during very dry summers. It takes intrepid adventurers on a 990-metre journey of discovery into the heart of the mountain. At the end of the tunnel, an idyllically situated high valley opens up before us. After a half-hour hike, the Gallruthalm invites you to enjoy a cosy break amidst the majestic mountain scenery. The return journey takes you along the panorama trail to the Falkaunsalm. (Children must be accompanied; refreshments available at both alpine huts.)
