The construction of the Kaunertal glacier panoramic road has made the unique beauty of the world of the glacier accessible to very many people. Leaving Feichten, the 27 km long panoramic road passes the Gepatsch reservoir and the Gepatsch Building (Alpine association hut built in 1873), through ancient pine forests up to 2,750 m into the permanent ice of the Kaunertal glacier region.
Large car park - also suitable for buses.
Self service restaurant with around 500 seats.
Open daily from 8.00 to 16.30.
