DIE BERGBRAUER stand for regional, hand-brewed beer, which is brewed exclusively with organic raw materials from Austria and Bavaria. Roman brews tasty organic cloudy beer and quaffable organic wheat beer in the 250-litre facility in Pfunds at 1,400 m above sea level - neither of which is filtered or pasteurized in order to preserve the full flavour. We focus on the highest quality, best taste, a lot of manual work & try to produce and manage in harmony with our beloved nature - because it's important.
