It begins on the flat hiking routes in the Inntal valley, along the River Inn: The finest Nordic walking and running. One level up begins the “altitude training” in the bracing Alpine climate, for example on the “Tschey” plateau above Pfunds, with its picturesque natural backdrop. And on the numerous hiking and mountain routes, there is also plenty of scope for healthy activities using walking poles. Did you know that Nordic-style walking works 90% of our muscles? It sounds healthy, and it is! If you want to up the tempo and go without poles, simply take the marked running routes at valley level around the towns and villages of Prutz, Faggen, Ried, Tösens, Pfunds and Spiss.
