The five-hectare centre with 28 3D dummy animals fits perfectly into the natural landscape of Pfunds/Tschingl, and provides plenty of variety. The main aim of an archery course is to make the stations look exactly as they would in nature. You will find, for example, the final stake for a long-range shot at a bear on a big boulder, a steinbock standing proud on a towering rock, pheasants hidden in the bushes, large birds of prey high above your shooting position. Each individual station is a challenge for the archer, who can choose between traditional longbows and recurve bows. In the centre of the grounds an old ruin has been rebuilt, and a cosy refreshment station has been set up in the “living room” of the hundred-year-old house.

Large training area
For newcomers to this booming sport, the entrance to the course features a spacious training area, and the shooting area is also equipped with 3D boards. A FITA practice range with boards at 90/70/50 and 30 m complements the facilities.

Have a go!
A popular stop-off for all archers is the Fischeralm, a lovely rustic hut offering a fishing pond (with option to fish) and a great range of food and drinks. With a day ticket you can shoot on the course as much as you like throughout the day, from May to October. From Monday to Friday our visitor summer programme offers beginners (children aged 8 and up accompanied by an adult) an opportunity to learn from an experienced archer.

Day ticket € 13 for adults | € 10 for children (8-15yrs)
Discount for summer card holders! (adult € 11 / child € 8)
