The "Maria Himmelfahrt" parish church is a late gothic building with a romanesque tower.
The interior was re-designed in Baroque style in the 17th century and boasts a magnificent Rococo pulpit. Restoration work started in 1972/73, and the church was re-opened in December 1974.
