The "tower" at the bridge across the river Inn is the most famous landmark of the village.
The original building was probably constructed by Duke Welf in the 10th century.
Emperor Maximilian I expanded it to a hunter´s lodge. In the course of time the tower was used as a fortification, but also as a domicile.
Guided tour of the village every Monday. Meeting: tourist information at 10:00 am.
