The Kaunertal local heritage museum was established in 1985. The museum´s exhibits tell of rural life in the Kaunertal valley. The museum is next to Sporthotel Weißseespitze and is located in the ground floor of the campsite administration. A tour of the museum (8 rooms) gives an insight into the history of the Kaunertal valley. Open from May to October. Other times on requests.
