The entire property consists of a 600-year old guesthouse that we took over from our parents in spring 2003. We have completely renovated the entire complex and refurbished it in Tyrolean style. We wanted to maintain the original character of our house and at the same time offer our guests all the comforts they need for a relaxing holiday.
We have 12 cows that deliver the milk we need, 2 calves, 25 sheep and some lambs. Our daughter Stafanie is responsible for feeding our two horses Trixi and Tara. The 2 goats belong to Hannes, our son. Obviously, we also have rabbits, turkeys, cats and hens.
In our garden, we grow salad and vegetables, as well as different herbs. We also produce home-made schnapps from the fruits from our orchard. Apple juice, different types of jam and stewed fruit are prepared in our kitchen. Some of our cows spend the summer on our alpine pasture. We thus also have fresh alpine butter and cheese. Your host himself prepares smoked meat and sausages.
