Welcome to the Pedrazzoli Apartment House!
Quiet location at the village outskirts. Grocery store close by. 5 minutes to the cable railway station in the Fendels skiing region!



Our house is a perfect homebase for skiing holidays, as it is situated amidst a number of great skiing regions. 15 minutes to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, 45 minutes to the Kaunertal valley glacier skiing region.


Apartment features:
45m²; bedsitting room (sleeps 2), bedroom (sleeps 2-3), shower/WC, antechamber. Satellite TV, dishes and bed linen available. Apartment sleeps 4-5.



Summer and Winter RATES:
Summer: € 35-42
Winter: € 42 - 61
Visitor´s tax € 1,10 per person/day
