The largest interconnected ski area of the Easter Alps is just 7km from Spiss.

skip Located at a lofty altitude of between 1,700 and 2,900, Samnaun/Ischgl boasts more than 235 km of slopes, 41 state-of-the uphill facilities - including the world's biggest and first double-decker mountain railway for 180 persons - which take the skiers to perfectly groomed pistes.

Endless groomed slopes, deep-snow slopes as far as the eye can reach and an outstanding winter panorama characterize the Samnaun / Ischgl International Ski Arena which has become an absolute insider's tip among winter sports enthusiasts. The Eastern Alps do not feature any other comparable interconnected ski area with so many valleys, peaks and such a great variety of slopes of all levels of difficulty.
